Stuck on 1 channel Picture/sound OK
First put the remote in a drawer/cupboard, as it might be perminantly transmitting that channel number (get new remote)
If the pic and sound are ok, but the channel indicator is stuck on a particular number, it could be the button stuck, especially those membrane types so disconnect(unplug) the membrane for the pcb
and try the remote again (with fresh batteries).
if still stuck, goto more channel change
